It took he and the producers over 5 months to record all of the needed material, and hundreds of thousands of words were recorded. And continuous updates are constantly being recorded all the time. The new computerized phone system application created for this has revolutionized the industry, and so far the reviews of its operational ease have been stellar! It’s the envy of the industry! So much so, that the designers have even affectionately named the program “Wally!”
