1. RETENTION OF RIGHTS – The fee you’ve paid covers the creation of your Wallygram video, but Planet Wallywood, Inc. reserves and retains all copyrights to the video itself. When you order, you agree to our Legal Terms & Conditions.
2. PRIVACY AND SHARING – While you may share the Wallygram video with your friends and family privately, the Wallygram video you receive may not be shared on any social media platform; this includes and is not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube. The Wallygram video is for your own personal use and enjoyment only. Once again, this is covered in our Legal Terms & Conditions.
3. ALTERATION – Nothing contained in your Wallygram video can be manipulated, re-edited, or sampled, either by human means or by Artificial Intelligence.
4. REFUNDS – While Wally will make every effort to ensure that your Wallygram video will be fun and memorable, based on the information you’ve supplied during the ordering process, we make no guarantees of any kind, and refunds are not possible.
5. SCRIPTED AND PROFANITY – Wally is unable to do scripted material of any kind, as it then would fall under the parameters of a Voice Over job. Also, Wally chooses not to do profanity of any kind.
6. DELIVERY – Because of Wally’s busy and unpredictable schedule, please allow up to 7 days for the delivery of your Wallygram. (In most cases delivery will not take that long.)
