An average, fun-loving guy who everyone would love to have as a next-door neighbor (for about 10 minutes). Willy's care-free ways begin innocent enough, but soon border on the obnoxious. Feeling very comfortable with his neighbors, he doesn't even think twice about just entering the house without knocking. But when he's taken to task about his "casual" habits, he always manages to weasel out of spots with his easy-going charm and personality.
