A regular on the "Welcome To Hal-Land" public access cable show, Noodles was the fictitious General Manager of the station that aired the show. He would always burst onto the set to take issue with the host about overspending, leaving the studio a mess, and the unseemly types that would lurk the halls waiting for their chance to be a guest on Hal's show. He was responsible for great cable access classic shows like Lesbian Chess, Hamster Heaven, and Mr. Rogers; the Dark Years.
