The incredibly popular European toy line 'Gormiti' is being turned into a new animated series! And one of the baddest of the bad guys will be voiced by Wally! Magmion, the Lord of the Lava Gormiti, Mr. Tripp, Ike Pinkney, and other characters will be performed by Wally in this terrific new animated series which should start to surface in early 2009! Stay tooned!

I'd say Wally Wingert's gruff voice, whiny nasally tone and all, fits the character a lot more than his smooth and smarmy Japanese counterpart. And Renji's one of my favorite characters in the show. So I'm pretty happy there."

Wally is featured in TWO major anime projects! In "Blood +" he plays many characters including George, the father of the lead character, Amshell, the leader of the evil sect trying to take over the world, and his brother Nathan, a flamboyant lieutenant in the evil empire. Here's more info about the show. But suffice to say this vampire-based anime show is RIVETING! The second project is "Bleach", another supernatural anime thriller. "Bleach" airs on Cartoon Network during Adult Swim. Wally provides the voice for Renji, a wild-haired, tattooed and ruthless "soul reaper."
