ANDY KAUFMAN NIGHT on February 8th was held in honor of Andy's birthday in January. After showing silent films of some of Andy's favorite silent comedians (with Mr. Bob Mitchell at the organ), we screened Andy's hilarious 1983 PBS special "Soundstage!" Enthused guests saw this groundbreaking television masterpiece for the first time on the BIG screen.
Wally greeted everyone at the beginning of the party with a full handlebar mustache. But during the screening of the silent films, he snuck off to the bathroom, shaved it off, put his hair up, and became Andy Kaufman!
Everyone was surprised when he came out just before intermission and performed "Mighty Mouse!" Little Wendy said when she saw Wally hit the stage she almost went into shock!

Wally's special guests for the evening was Andy's girlfriend Lynne Margulies, and Andy's performance partner Little Wendy. Lynne has just opened a new art gallery so she came by to talk about Andy. Check out her website www.lynnemarguliesstudio.com
