Wally on his mark during a break in filming.

JUST SHOOT ME!
Sixth Season finale episode:
"The Boys In The Band"

When Finch (played by David Spade) starts
an air-band so that he may compete in an
air-band contest being held at a local club,
he recruits his pal Gary (played by Huey Lewis)
as lead air-guitarist. Wally plays the owner of
the club that hosts the contest and introduces
the acts. In addition to introducing Finch's
group GFK Groovecart (who lip-syncs to KISS's
"Rock & Roll All Night"), he also announces
The Village Little People. Alan Thicke also guest
stars, with hilarious cameos by Leeza Gibbons
and C.C. Deville of the group Poison.

"THE REVIEWS ARE IN!" Here are some e-mail quotes from Wally's friends and fans who watched him in the "Just Shoot Me" season finale...

Hey Wally --

You were terrific! What stage presence! I know you'll be getting a million emails on how enjoyable you were, so I'll keep this one brief. Congratulations!! Little Wendy

You were great! What a natural! Is that how long your hair really is? It's so cool. It was fun to see you, hope this leads the way for bigger things! Karen Johnson

Hey Wally...
I saw you on the show last night. Great job! KSFY also had you on the news. Cool! Andrea Christianson

That was great! That was quite possibly the funniest episode I ever saw. Small parts are hardest pull off; and you were fantastic. The first time you came on stage, I didn't realize it was you until I saw the hair. I had my sisters watch it with me so they could see you too. When you came on they both immidiately pointed at you and go " There's Wally! " I called my friends and told my them to watch it so they could finally know who I was talking about. I gave them your website too. The funniest parts were when you introduced the band, and then they turned out to be an air band! I so did not expect that. I probably laughed the hardest where you were with the Villiage Little People. That one little part where you had a close-up shot and told them that they were up next, you seemed to have a real knowledge of camera acting. You should be in film more often! Your persona is perfect for it. You have a birhtday coming up soon? Cool! When is it? Happy birthday! And do more film! Brian

Really enjoyed the episode. Lots of stars in that one. That was a great one to be on. And to top it all off, Kiss music !!!!! You looked super !!! Cathy
