ELVIS could make it so! And ONLY in Wally's In
honor of the 25th anniversary of The King's death Elvis stars as Rusty Wells, a Chicago singer. When the boss's daughter causes a family stir by asking to go to Ft. Lauderdale with her girl friends during spring break, Rusty hatches a plan. He volunteers the combo to travel (all expenses paid!) to the beach resort to keep a watchful eye on the lovely Valerie (Shelley Fabares). Elvis and the boys have to come up with plenty of schemes to keep the local romeos away from her and keep the boss happy. The movie features Mary Ann Mobley, Gary Crosby, and Jackie Coogan. "Girl
Happy" provides some of the most memorable Elvis movie-tunes
Guests were asked to wear their best "spring break beachwear," and since EVERYBODY in Wally's Screening Room has always been and always will be "girl happy," there was a special treat for the ladies that night! "Elvis" handed out scarves and the ladies that got one's with special rhinestones on them recieved a prize! Everyone got Krispy Kreme's since jelly doughnuts were the King's favorites. Photos
